Sarasota Florida Real Estate Sales for March Exceed 500

    Talk about Good News. Even though much of the Florida real estate market is still lagging, Sarasota real estate sales for the month of March, 2008 topped 500 for the first time in eight months, according to the Sarasota Association of Realtors data.

    For example, there were 514 property sales reported in the Sarasota MLS, easily topping the February 2008 sales of 423.   I invite you to read the full Sarasota Association of Realtors news release below.
